Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Any Related Field
Position Level: 1-4 years
● Working Hours: 10:00-19:00/11:00 to 20:00/12:00 to 21:00 shift (Monday to Friday), and 10:00 to 16:00 (Sunday, Once a month)
● Work Location: 5-minute walk from Kayabacho Station
● Position Summary:
- DCOM is looking for Marketing Staff to help grow our current market
-- As a marketing staff, you will report directly to the team manager and primarily responsible for our Facebook Marketing and Field marketing.
The ideal candidate must be fluent in Tagalog & English to support our business needs.
● Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle our Facebook page for facebook marketing
- Handle social media, public relation efforts, and content marketing.
- Schedule and coordinate visits to new and existing agents to conduct business review
- Handle our field marketing and coordinate field events
- Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness
- Conduct promotions, distribute marketing materials and giveaways
- Develop strong relationships and provide solutions wherever challenges may arise to ensure long term loyalty to DCOM Money Express
- Assist customer service team by answering inquiries, registering customers, making transactions
- Perform other duties as assigned
● Qualifications:

- Must have a proper visa to work in Japan
- Applicants must be willing to work in Tokyo, Japan
- Has excellent event planning and project management skills
- Must be imaginative, innovative, creative and able to think out of the box
- Ability to work independently and ability to handle self-driven projects efficiently
- Must possess outgoing and dynamic personality
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in outside sales, business development and direct sales
- Must have strong connections with Filipino community living in Japan
● Plus Points:
- Experienced in marketing events or equivalent
- Experienced in Facebook Marketing and other channels
- Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with Facebook Ads
- Knowledgeable in videography and photography
- Knowledgeable in creating content for a website
● Language:
- Tagalog - Native level
- English - Business level
- Japanese - Conversational to Business level
