We are looking for a secretary who helps CEO in doing management his schedule, document preparation, arraignment for a business trip etc…

Our HQ office is in Singapore, and doing business around the world, especially, Asia region.
What we do is investment and development of new building technologies focusing on China.

We will be an intelligent manufacturing technology company integrating green real estate development, green property operation, green aging service, green technology and green finance.

[Responsibility]
position: Secretary / assistant

- maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
- typing, preparing and collating reports
- filing
- organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
- acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients
- Personal assistant (ex: Arranging a summer gift and winter gift, cleaning, private house keeping, ect...)

*CEO is from Hong Kong, male, about 40 years old*

[MUST]
- experienced working at the office
- enable to speak English as a native level
- enable to speak Japanese at least conversational level

[WANT]
- Having a driver license
- Those who had lived in the UK

[Character]
- Those who wants to grow near CEO
- Those who are willing to go to business trip

[Remuneration]
- Annual salary: 5,000,000 JPY~ 8,000,000 JPY
- Commutation fee

[Location]
- Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo

[Office Hour]
- 9:00~18:00 (1H break time) **Might be change depending on CEO’s schedule
- Holidays (SAT, SUN, national holiday)
