Prefer someone with experience handling facilities work, or other relatively close type of job, such as cleaning, store manager, office worker, handyman, etc.
Handle users; Use Ticketing system for Facility requests (“Facility Direct”)
Desk arrangement, manage Parking lot, Cycle parking, First aid room, Shower room, and other facilities.
Waste Management: confidential documents, media disposal, etc.
Handle Furniture moving, storage management, Household medicine management,
Equipment replenishment, and inspection (Fire/safety equipment, etc.)
Communication to vendors: (Cleaners, Disposal, repair, etc.)
Name plate arrangement, Poster management, Key management (Hard keys) and Room key cards
Event support / Evacuation drill support
