We are looking for a native English speaker with a refined and welcoming manner, and previous experience in a high-end clinic or luxury patient-facing environment.

¥2,500 per hour + transport
Requirements
• Native English
• No Japanese required
• Valid Japanese work permit
• Previous experience in a high-end clinic, luxury medical practice, aesthetic clinic, or similar premium environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-presented, organised, and professional
• Confident supporting international patients in a polished clinical setting
Responsibilities
• Welcoming and assisting patients
• Managing bookings and reception flow
• Handling enquiries in English
• Supporting a smooth, premium patient experience
• General front desk and administrative support
