We are a European company that provides facilities and office services, and we are currently looking for a Receptionist / Front of House staff for our team in Tokyo. Office is located in Shinjuku.
- Greet guests, answer phone, and support clients for adhoc tasks
- Handle security and guest passes
- Support communication between facilities staff
- Help with some admin tasks such as reporting or basic document checking
Requirements:
- We need someone who can speak Japanese natively or at least at JLPT Level 1 and able to communicate in polite form Japanese (Keigo).
-We prefer candidates with reliable work ethic, team player, and can work well with international team.
