Virtual assistant: is someone who works remotely (not from the company office), providing assistance to the company online or over the phone.
Responsibilities: Our company is a trading company in fashion goods. We are looking for someone to pick up and make phone calls, respond and write email in Japanese, and communicate the content to us in English. Total amount of work is about max 1-2 hours a week, each phone call is just a few minutes. We usually just need someone to call suppliers to ask for shipment times etc.
Pay is 3000yen/week, paid biweekly. Which basically means 3000yen for 1 hour of work.
Requirement: Must speak fluent-native Japanese and business level English.
The work is simple and hours are very flexible. Work from your phone anywhere anytime. Looking forward to hearing from you!
