The top photo is basically the view from the property (though a panoramic lens should have been used), and hoping you can appreciate that properties like this do not arise on the market, and you may never find anything remotely similar again.
This roughly 1500 square meters freehold of prime beachfront land rests on the unspoiled Northern coast of Kyoto, on Hei Beach, where you can build your dream beach home or business and watch the stunning sunsets into the Sea of Japan.
Note the Japan Sea coast does not have the tsunami risks of the Pacific Ocean coastline.
"...a beautiful unspoiled destination with onsen (hot springs), beaches and stunning coastal scenery. It's the perfect place to enjoy rural Japan without the crowds...
The coastline of the peninsula is a series of excellent sand beaches punctuated by rocky points and capes. The interior of the peninsula is a patchwork of
tiny farming villages and forested mountains, traversed by narrow, winding roads. Thus, for those in search of unspoiled rural Japan, the Tango-hanto is
highly recommended. Oh, and did we mention the great onsen?"
