House is 8 minutes walk from JR Nikko Station in Tochigi prefecture.

2 Bedroom on second floor 1 bedroom and 1 living room first floor and 1 kitchen room. Total of 5 rooms
Supermarket convenience store and drugstore are a less than 10minutes walk from the house.
Fully furnished house and car parking outside.
120'000Yen for 1 person per month
Each person extra 30'000Yen
Deposit of 50'000Yen fully refundable if no damage.
Including Water, pocket WiFi, Nikko garbage bag disposal, set of sheets.
Electricity and gas bill you need to pay yourself. Will be calculated on the end of your stay.
Electricity company we use is very cheap, so the bills are not that high.
In winter in Nikko is very cold, there are 3 aircon/heater in the house and 2 kerosine heaters and a small fan heater for the bathroom area.
I can go buy kerosine for you and keep the tanks in the shelter in front of the house and come pick up ones a week the garbage, bins, pet bottles,...
The house is very clean and kept in very good conditions so we would like to rent to someone that also taking good care of the house, smoking just outside of the house.
