About the Role
We’re looking for a resourceful and reliable individual to help coordinate our growing operations and brand presence.
This position combines sales, store coordination, communication, and social media, depending on your strengths and experience. You’ll work directly with the owner and play a hands-on part in shaping how the brand grows across multiple locations and creative projects.

What You’ll Do
• Oversee daily coordination across multiple store locations
• Communicate with staff to ensure smooth operations and clear updates
• Support inventory tracking, restocking, and merchandising
• Participate in sales, customer interactions, and event preparation
• Assist with schedule management and internal organization
• Capture and share store and project photos for social media posts
• Support marketing campaigns and new product or project launches
• Travel regularly between locations for meetings, events, and design work
• Take on varied tasks when needed — flexibility and creativity are key

• Based in Japan and available for moderate travel
• Fluent in English (conversational Japanese is a plus)
• Organized, responsible, and able to follow direction well
