Maximum share mate is 5 people including you. It is located quiet residential area.
1 Japanese, 1 Canadian, 1 Congolese and 1 Argentina are living now (male). They are very kind and friendly.

●ABOUT HOUSE
4 rooms of 6 mat sized floor and 1 room of 4.5 mat sized floor (Total 5 bed rooms)
+ shared kitchen, bath and two toilets (shower toilet)
10 min walk to KOHOKU and KOYA station (NiIPPORI TONERI LINER) 900m.
Also, TOEI bus is running around here (3 min walk to bus stop), you can get to IKEBUKURO with 210 yen by bus. (It takes 30 min)

- Room No 5.
6 mat size (wooden flooring, veranda)
50,000 yen + 10,000 yen (utility costs) = 60,000 yen
All rooms have air conditioner and TV.
Deposit 30,000 yen (but all refundable if there is no trouble)

- SEVEN-ELEVEN convenience store and MCDONALDS is around KOYA station
