I will require a minimum deposit of about 100,000 in the first month for a commitment. This is required every six months. It will not be refunded if you move out within six months.
Please also pay the utility bills, for the cost of gas, water, and electricity 10,000 yen per month, it is the fix amount per month.
The location is one of the high-end residential areas called "Kamakura-yama （鎌倉山）" in Kamakura. The area is surrounded by greenery and you would wake up to the sound of birds chirp.
About 20 mins walk from the nearest main station.
About 30 mins walk to the seaside.
About 20 mins by a car (Public transportation) to Fujisawa, Ofuna and Kamakura station.
However, it is about a 20-minute walk from the station, and there are many hills. If you are not comfortable walking, the offer is not for you. Buses are infrequent, and it is faster to walk to the station.
Also, this is not a shelter (volunteer house) or summer house, and if you are just here for sightseeing in Kamakura, please look elsewhere.
I am a young middle aged Japanese male, the owner of the house and seeking the person who;
