This one is not shared room shared house, private apartment.
We are looking for someone who can start Soon ~~~
You can live in your own private apartment.
This apartment is located 5 minutes walk from Keisei Tateishi station. (4th Stop from Oshiage, skytree.)
East Tokyo.
or 12 minutes walk from Aoto station.
We think it’s a great opportunity to spend some time together and exchange the language,culture too if you prefer.
Private Apartment Bath-tub, Shower, own Toilet, 1 bed room and a closet.
Wi-Fi. Utilities bills are included.
Our Requirement.
Couple can not live here.
※you can not bring the friends/partner in an apartment.
If you prefer we can spend some time together at our house or eating out if you prefer with Japanese Family~~
House keeping, Washing sheets, other chores, some packaging at our house(we live in factory) etc.
(House keeping does not include toilet-cleaning, no need for that)
Morning (Monday-Saturday 6 days)
1 hour and 45mins chores between 10am and 6pm (For example 10:30-12:20. or 4:15pm-6pm)
if you have school in the afternoon, just ask us the available time. (but not starting earlier than 10am)
Night (Monday-Saturday 6 days)
30mins between 22:00 and 24:00-ish (example, 22:10-22:40)
we can talk about chores
if you can not help us with those hours, we can discuss it on a different schedule over skype or zoom
if you already live in Tokyo and want to see us and place, you can visit us before you decide ^0^
※you can listen to the music at night time chores with your phone
House keeping.
Washing dishes
Washing Drying clothes , Drying Sheets,
Hanging sheets (we have many)
etc.
We are Japanese Family with 3 kids(Twin, boy & girl 9 years old and 3 years old.)
DurationMonth
1 month / 2month / 3 month / 6 month.
We renew the duration Monthly if you and both agreed
