¥63,000 One room, near Akihabara, easy access to JR (Kameido)

If you are looking for the house which you stay in in Tokyo for a while, why don't you stay in my house?
I am a man 38yo and live in my own house with my wife and my housemate.
Currently one room is still available. So I need someone who wants to stay in my house.
[Features]
- My house is always clean (at least, I do vacuum once a week).
- Neighbors are quite.
- The landlord (me) speaks English and can help you when you are in trouble for Japanese language, culture or system.
- Close to Kameido station (Sobu line), in 10mins by walk.
- In 20mins to Tokyo station, In 25mins to Shinjyuku station.
- No Smoker, please.
- The common language in my house is English.
I offer you 63,000 yen per month.
This includes all of the living cost (water, gas, electricity, wifi, etc...), no additional payment unless you break something and everything is all furnished.
I would like you to stay in my house at least for more than one month~.
Be careful, the following people are not welcomed.
* People who are noisy
* People who do not know better
* People who make a mess of my house
* People who do not care about others
If any kind of troubles happened, it needs to be resolved by talk~. :)
