We are looking for a Data Center Engineer to support Cisco network and infrastructure operations.
Main Duties:
Support Cisco switches and network devices
Troubleshoot hardware / network issues
Assist with cabling, device installs, and upgrades
Work with vendors and remote support teams
Handle tickets and daily technical tasks
Keep systems documented and organized
Requirements:
Experience in networking, Cisco, or data center support
Strong troubleshooting skills
Good communication skills
Japanese language helpful but not required
