・2人でシェアする部屋 … 月35,000円
このほかに、光熱費と清掃・自転車レンタル分として
月15,000円かかります（電気水道など込み）。
共有で使える自転車を用意しているので、駅や買い物にも便利です。
敷金・礼金はいただいていないので、初期費用をおさえてすぐ住めます。
共用スペースは定期的に掃除しているので清潔です。

Room available near Noborito Station – no deposit / no key money

I'm looking for someone to share a place near JR Noborito Station.
It's an easy spot for commuting to work or school.
There are two types of rooms:
- Private room (for 1 person) … 50,000 yen / month
- Shared room (shared by 2 people) … 35,000 yen / month
On top of that, there's a flat 15,000 yen / month
that covers utilities (electricity, water, etc.) plus
regular cleaning and bicycle rental.
We have shared bicycles available, so getting to the
station or the shops is easy.
There's no deposit and no key money, so you can move in
without a big upfront cost. The shared spaces are cleaned
regularly and kept tidy.
