You have your private room which is furnished with a bed, flooring, closet, air conditioning.
Outside your private room is the sharing space with me: one restroom, one bath room(I go to gym everyday so never use it), one living room, one kitchen room and balcony.(basic household items like laundry machine / refrigerator/ microwave/electric kettle/burners gas stove etc. are equipped) Basically I will do the cleaning of the shared space 2 or 3 days once and appreciate you can keep clean after using.
Postal Box / Elevator / Security Camera/ Bicycle Parking Space are equipped as well.
Payment
90,000 yen including utilities/ wifi monthly
Deposit :one month rent (refundable when you move out without any damage to my home)
There is no any initial cost except the security deposit, one month rent equivalent, which is refundable when you move out without do any damage to the house. No minimum rent term, you can stay one month or one year or longer if you like.
I'm a 9-5 OL in 30s with disciplined lifestyle(getting up at 6am and go sleeping before 23pm). Mainly work at office and sometimes work at home, very flexible. Like reading, outdoors, etc. At most time, I'm very quiet, doing my own stuffs so no worries if you prefer being left alone.
For safety concern..I would like to check your residence card and maybe simply ask you what you're doing for living..
