We are looking for an Account manager staff to manage relationships with major global clients in Tokyo.
The role involves handling client relationships, negotiating contracts, renewals, up-selling, and meeting clients to ensure proper service and satisfaction.
Our services are facility based services, providing reception, helpdesk, IT and facility services to global companies. You can enjoy working in an international office, with flexibility and career growth as our team and business grows in Japan. Your manager is foreigner, so you can also speak English a lot.
Our clients and contracts are Japanese, so you MUST be able to speak native Japanese
Skills:
MUST speak Native level Japanese
English skill a big plus
Excel, Word, Outlook skills needed
Experience with Customer service or sales
Flexible and positive personality
Annual Salary is about 4-6M JPY
