This exciting position exists to build market share of MangoSTEEMS learning products in schools, universities, government agencies and companies.

We are looking for an experienced sales person, preferably in the education sector and a fluent Japanese speaker based in Tokyo.

You will be responsible for:
・submitting a quarterly territorial action plan detailing planned actions that will result in the achievement of the allocated individual sales target and other targets
・aligning visiting strategies with planned product promotions
・coordinating sales activities with local partners and distributors
・participating in and/or holding appropriate promotional events
・listing target institutions and visiting strategies for each
・completing the quarterly territorial action plan within allocated budget and recording all sales activities in the CRM.
・taking ownership of all market segments in the territory and building future business through the expansion of prospects in the CRM
・providing timely customer service for all prospects in the territory while following up on all potential leads

You should:
・have knowledge of, or show a keen interest in the education market and educational products and trends.
・be able to demonstrate consultative sales techniques to product promotion in meetings with customers and prospects.
・be able to present our products and services to decision-makers, including committees, in both English and Japanese
・have good interpersonal skills, to build important internal relationships with key account stakeholders
