Prerequisites
*Development Experience: Professional experience in Web Application development and implementation using Python.
*AI Expertise: Practical experience in development utilizing AI technologies.
*Language Skills: Japanese level N3 or higher (Capable of smooth business communication).
*Preferred: Experience with UI/UX development, DB design, Agile methodologies, or project leadership.
*Currently residing in Japan with a valid working visa.
Development Environment
Work on diverse, high-impact projects with a modern stack across various industries (Pharmaceutical, Food, Telecom, etc.):
Fields: Natural Language Processing (NLP), Image/Voice/Video Recognition, Big Data Analysis, and Edge AI (IoT + AI).
Work Style: Hybrid/Remote-first (Telework) with flexible locations in Tokyo, Aichi, Fukuoka, and Shimane.
What You Will Do:
End-to-End AI Integration: Support companies in technical introduction and commercialization of AI, from requirements definition to prototype development.
Innovative Co-creation: Work on "world-first" solutions, such as automated legal compliance checking (X-Check) and predictive data modeling.
Collaborative Engineering: Work in a team of ~30 engineers (avg. age 30) where hospitality and teamwork are core values.
Future Leadership: Beyond coding, you will eventually assist in technical consulting and proposal creation for clients.
The Details:
Salary: 4,500,000 - 7,000,000 JPY (Monthly base starting from 230,000 JPY + bonuses).
Location: Labs in Tokyo, Aichi, Fukuoka, or Shimane. High remote-work flexibility; relocation is rare.
Work Style: 9:00–17:30 (7.5 hours/day) with a low average overtime of 15 hours/month.
