• Hours: 10:00–19:00 (8 hrs) + 60 min break
• Salary: JPY 3.0M – 5.0M/year | Monthly from JPY 220,000+
• Holidays: 120+ days/year | Full 2-day weekend (Sat/Sun/holidays)

Role Summary

You will work as a System Engineer on client-site projects, operating at a sub-leader level within project teams. A structured support and follow-up system is in place after assignment. Responsibilities (phase depends on experience and preference)

• Requirements definition / design
• Development, unit testing, integration testing, system testing, release
• Maintenance / operations

Starting point will likely be maintenance/operations through detailed design, with scope expanding over time.

Required Qualifications

Must have:

• 3+ years of system/software development experience

Education: Any — high school, vocational school, junior college, technical college, university, or graduate school

Ideal Candidate

• Comfortable working in a client-facing, onsite/assignment environment
• Motivated to grow from hands-on development into SE → PL/PM roles
• Team player with a sub-leader mindset

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual salary: JPY 3.0M – 5.0M (based on experience)
• Monthly salary from JPY 220,000+ (base salary included)
