Prerequisites
*Experience in IT development projects, including upstream processes such as requirements definition and design.
*Practical experience in development and implementation using programming languages (Open-source, Web, or Embedded systems).
*Japanese level N3 or higher (Capable of smooth business communication).
*Currently residing in Japan with a valid working visa.
*Experience in Project Management or Embedded technology is a strong plus.
Development Environment (Project Dependent)
Focus Areas: Manufacturing DX, Automotive Logistics Automation, Semiconductor Process Research, and Global Railway Systems.
What You Will Do:
Develop and implement DX solutions, including IoT systems and manufacturing execution systems.
Design and analyze big data for navigation and logistics systems.
Consult and plan for system architecture, moving from routine maintenance into high-level optimization and leadership roles.
The Details:
Salary: 4,000,000 - 8,300,000 JPY (Based on experience, ability, and age).
Location: Multiple locations across Tohoku, Kanto, Chubu, Kansai, and Kyushu (Your current residence and preferences will be highly considered).
Work Style: Standard hours 9:00–18:00 (8h work) with average overtime of only 20 hours/month.
Allowances: Full social insurance, commuting allowance, regional allowance, child allowance, single-transfer allowance, and performance bonuses twice a year.
Holidays: 124 days annual leave. Full weekends (Sat/Sun), National Holidays, Golden Week, Summer, and New Year holidays.
