Responsibilities:

• Provide oversight to ensure information systems and infrastructure align with defined requirements and conform to system standards.
• Ensure adherence to established processes and requirements management practices.
• Work on-site and travel to locations as needed to support meetings or activities.
• Provide a full range of services essential for the operation of client computers and peripherals.
• Offer guidance and orientation for non-routine procedures, complex issues, and implementations.
• Support IT applications, products, and services at level 2 and 3.
• Configure, install, and secure computer hardware, software, servers, and peripherals.
• Update technical inventory database and tracking system.
• Research, analyze, pilot, and repair complex computer hardware and software problems.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of desktop systems and their interaction with infrastructure.
• Implement and support complex, integrated systems.

Position Responsibilities:

• Business Level English and Japanese N2
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Proficiency in current Microsoft Office Suites.
• Familiarity with backup technologies (VEEAM, CrashPlan, Veritas NetBackup, etc.).
• Knowledge of anti-virus technologies (McAfee ePO/Symantec Endpoint Protection, AV Defender, etc.).
• Understanding of software deployment technologies (SCCM, Altiris, Ghost, etc.).
• Familiarity with basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, subnetting).
• Knowledge of remote access technologies (VPN, dial-up, terminal services).
• Proficiency in current Microsoft Windows operating systems.
• Experience administering enterprise Microsoft SCCM.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter with effective time management and organizational skills.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Business level Japanese and English
• Relevant certifications (MCP, CCNA, etc.).
• Experience in customer service.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• 4-5 years of technical support or 2-3 years of junior system administrator experience.
