Prerequisites
*Development experience in IT systems (Business systems, Web, etc.). All languages are welcome, and those with experience only in implementation are also encouraged to apply!
*Japanese level N3 or higher (Capable of smooth business communication).
*Currently residing in Japan with a valid working visa.
*Preferred: Experience with Java, Python, or C#.
Development Environment
Projects are diverse and use a wide range of modern tech stacks depending on the client:
Languages: Java, Python, C#, PHP, etc.
Platforms: AWS-based cloud systems, Digital Twin environments, Android/iOS for IoT apps.
Fields: Wearable devices, Smart Medical equipment, Drone data systems, and MaaS (Mobility as a Service).
What You Will Do:
End-to-End Development: Engage in the full lifecycle from requirements definition and design to coding/implementation.
Innovative Projects: Work on high-tech applications like robotic GUI development, GPS navigation systems, and real-time traffic control.

The Details:
Salary: 3,700,000 - 7,200,000 JPY (Based on experience, ability, and age).
Location: Multiple locations across Tohoku, Kanto, Chubu, Kansai, and Kyushu. Your living preferences will be highly considered!
Work Style: 9:00–18:00 with average overtime of 20 hours/month.
Allowances: Full social insurance, commuting allowance, regional/family allowances, and performance bonuses twice a year.
Holidays: 124 days annual leave. Full weekends (Sat/Sun), National Holidays, GW, Summer, and New Year holidays.
