Title: Junior IT Support / Junior Software Developer

Are you looking to kick-start your career in IT? We're looking for motivated junior professionals interested in IT Support or Software Development to join growing teams in Japan.
Responsibilities (Depending on the Role)
Provide technical support to end users and troubleshoot hardware/software issues
Set up and maintain PCs, laptops, and IT systems
Assist with system maintenance and user account administration
Support software development, testing, debugging, and documentation
Collaborate with senior engineers on projects and continuous improvements
Requirements
0–3 years of experience in IT Support, Help Desk, or Software Development
Basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, or programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, or similar
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or expected graduation)
Japanese language proficiency: JLPT N3 or above
Strong willingness to learn and grow in the IT field
Good communication and teamwork skills
