Provide support to customers using English or Chinese. Japanese is required starting at level N3 as minimum
■ Business content
・ Problem verification of video service in Japan
・ Troubleshooting and training on site
・ Create manual and troubleshooting document
・ Technical support in company proposals, exhibitions, etc.
・ Basic operation of cloud infrastructure (eg, restart, setting, exchange)
・ Service development, technical support at the start
· Escalation to system development department in response to customer inquiries, etc.
■ Essential requirement：
Technical support experience: 1 year or more
・ High communication skills to perform well with customers and team members.
・ A person who can proactively discover problems and work towards solutions
・ A knowledge of network, web, iOS, Android, Linux
・ English: Intermediate level or higher (or Chinese: Intermediate level or higher)
■ Preferred requirement：

・ A knowledge of AWS,GCP,Azure"
