Game Development & Operations – Client-Side Programmer
Employment Type: Full-time / Contract
Salary: ¥4,500,000 – ¥10,000,000 per year
(Determined based on experience; includes fixed overtime pay)

Tokyo or client sites in the Tokyo metropolitan area
Remote work may be available depending on the project.
Job Description
You will be involved in programming for a variety of game titles, including mobile games, console games, and PC games.
Main Responsibilities:
In-game implementation (AI, character control, effects, etc.)
Out-of-game implementation (UI, menus, transitions, etc.)
API development
Development environment setup
Engine and plugin development
Coordination with internal and external teams
Other related tasks depending on your background and strengths
You will have opportunities to participate in projects from multiple major game companies, allowing you to build diverse skills and experience.
Required Qualifications
(All must be 24 months or more)
Professional experience in game development or live operations
Client-side game programming experience
Experience in one or more platforms: mobile, console, PC, arcade
Casual games only → not acceptable
Hands-on coding experience
Experience with C++ or C#
Experience with Unreal Engine 4/5 or Unity
Preferred Qualifications
iOS / Android application development experience
For Non-Japanese Candidates
At least 12 months of professional work experience in a Japanese company
Japanese language: business level (including reading and writing)
Career Break
Up to 6 months acceptable
Working Hours
Standard: 9:30–18:30 (8 hours + 1-hour break)
May vary depending on the project.
Average overtime: approx. 9.5 hours per month
