This pretty 1BR apartment in Tokyo is 7 minutes walk from Kichijoji Station. Kichijoji is the center of music and culture in Tokyo, and it has many artists and writers. There are many fun restaurants and cafes, a great Shopping area, an Art supply, Bookstores, a Library, Theaters, Music clubs, Bars, etc. It also has a beautiful park, Inokashira Koen. It is one of Tokyo's most desirable neighborhoods, only 16 minutes from Shinjuku and Shibuya. 30 minutes from Tokyo Station by JR train. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, south-facing, and has wide terrace sliding doors/windows and a balcony that has views of Anyone Temple and Hachimangu Shrine and their woods, Glorious sun-filled space, Hardwood Floors, and white walls. The apartment has Dining, Living room, and a Japanese traditional tatami room. I am an architect, and I renovated and furnished this apartment.
Apartment has a set of Futon and one single-size sofa bed, a TV and high speed Internet connection, a washing machine, a dining table and 4 chairs, The Kitchen has refrigerator, wine cellar, a microwave, a gas stove, a gas grill, and pans, pots, dishes, and glasses. The bathroom has a shower and a bathtub with a window that has natural light and a breeze. There is a 24 shopping center ( 3 minutes walk from the apartment) which has fresh vegetables, fish, meat, and all kinds of things that you need.

The apartment is available for the long term.
Rent: 180000 yen (All utilities and internet access fee) per month.
