3br - 300m2 - You want to Live in Shimoda ?

50 ish, living in Shimoda in a 3 bedrooms house with huge garden/woodland and stunning view on the Pacific, need someone to do his shopping, cooking, cleaning. ( i am very busy and also a terrible cook ...) The whole thing takes about 3 to 4 hours a day. I do not pay any fees ( I am ketchi hahaha...) In exchange of your help, you can live here, 5 minutes from the beaches, in a natural environment. Clear skies at night, You can see Orion and All from your window before you fall asleep, Deers come to eat in the garden,a s well as squirrels, and many sorts,of birds.If you are into surfing, windsurfing, kayak, snorkeling etc, this is the place ! Driving license a plus. If you dont have a car,,you can use mine to some extent. Izu peninsula is a beuatifull place to explore.. You can bring your pet as long as he goes on well with cats (one cat here,,plus occasional visiting cats ). Smokers ok, but outside only please.
If you like gardening, ample space here to grow whatever you want but not ganja.
If you play music, you can make all the noise you want, the neighbours are far away.
Ps: to avoid any confusion, I am not looking for a GF...
