We are hiring a Level 1 Desktop Support Engineer to provide on-site IT support to end users in Tokyo.
✅ Requirements
-Minimum 1 year of end-user support experience in Japan
-🇯🇵 JLPT N3 or higher (required for user communication)
🌐 Business-level English
-Experience with Windows, Microsoft Office, and basic troubleshooting
