💼 Role Overview
Location: Tokyo, Japan (On-site / Hybrid)
Languages: Native-level Japanese 🇯🇵 & Business-level English 🇬🇧/🇺🇸
Key Mission: Provide premium, hands-on IT support to our local team while collaborating with global IT engineering teams.
🛠️ What You'll Do
End-User Support: Troubleshoot laptops (Windows/Mac), mobile devices, and meeting room AV setup.
PC Lifecycle: Manage provisioning, imaging, and deployment for new hires.
VIP Support: Provide high-touch, "white-glove" IT support to executives.
Global Liaison: Act as the local hands on the ground for global network/security escalations.
🎯 What We're Looking For
Experience: 2–5 years in Deskside Support or IT Helpdesk.
Tech Skills: Windows/macOS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and basic networking (TCP/IP, VPN).
Mindset: Strong empathy, patience, and a "service-first" approach.
