🛠️ What You’ll Do:
-Onsite IT support for end users
-Basic troubleshooting (Windows / M365 / network)
-PC setup, user support, ticket handling
-Escalate issues to senior teams
✅ Requirements:
-1–2 years IT support experience in Japan
-Experience supporting Japanese users
-🇯🇵 Japanese: JLPT N3+
-🌍 Conversational English
-Valid visa for full-time work in Japan
