🔎 Overview
We are hiring Desktop Support Engineers across junior to senior levels to support Japanese end-users in a corporate environment. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on IT support experience who can communicate effectively in Japanese.
🛠️ Responsibilities
-Provide onsite and remote desktop support to end-users
-Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
-Support Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and common business applications
-Handle user account management (Active Directory, password resets, etc.)
-Manage and resolve tickets within SLA
-Set up and configure laptops, desktops, and mobile devices
-Coordinate with internal teams and escalate issues when necessary
✅ Requirements
-Minimum 1 year of desktop support experience
-Experience supporting Japanese end-users in Japan
🗣️ Japanese: Minimum N3, with ability to communicate comfortably in a business setting
🌐 Basic English skills are a plus
-Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

-Must currently hold a valid status of residence in Japan that allows full-time work
