🛠 What You’ll Do
-Provide onsite and remote IT support to users
-Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues
-Set up PCs, laptops, and user accounts
-Support daily IT operations in a professional environment
✅ Requirements
-Japanese: JLPT N3 or higher
-Valid visa that allows full-time work in Japan (we can sponsor future renewals)
-Experience in desktop support / IT support (even 1–2 years is OK)
-Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
