We are hiring a Desktop Support Technician to provide onsite IT support to end users in a corporate environment in Tokyo.
This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, user-focused, and comfortable supporting Japanese-speaking employees in a professional setting.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
-Provide onsite deskside support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals
-Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
-Set up and deploy PCs and IT equipment
-Support Windows OS (Mac is a plus) and standard business applications
-Assist with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, etc.)
-Handle user account support (AD / Azure AD, password resets, access)
-Support printers, mobile devices, and meeting room IT equipment
-Manage IT assets and inventory
-Log and track issues using a ticketing system
-Escalate complex issues when necessary
✅ Requirements
-Minimum 1 year of desktop / deskside / IT support experience
-Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
-Basic knowledge of:
-Windows OS
-Microsoft 365
-Networking fundamentals (IP, VPN, Wi-Fi)
-Ability to work onsite in Tokyo

-Experience in a corporate / enterprise environment
-Familiarity with Active Directory / Azure AD
-Experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)
-Basic English communication skills
