Provides on-site IT support for printing, meeting rooms, and end-user issues, including coordinating and escorting third-party engineers. Works with central Tech Foundation teams to triage and resolve local network and server issues, supports town hall streaming setup, global hardware refresh activities, and delivers laptop support to meet global SLAs. Guides users on correct processes and policies for devices and support services.
