Hours: 2:30 PM - 7:30 PM (5 hours daily)
Location: Minato Ward & Setagaya Ward
POSITION DETAILS:
• Hours: 2:30 PM - 7:30 PM
• Compensation: ¥1,500/hour
• Route: Starts in Minato Ward, then goes to Setagaya Ward
• Service: Student transportation
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Safely operate bus and transport school students
• Follow scheduled routes and maintain punctual departures/arrivals
• Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues
• Maintain professional, courteous demeanor with students and parents
• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations
• Keep bus clean and orderly
• Ensure student safety and comfort during transit
REQUIREMENTS:
• Valid Japanese driver's license (medium or large vehicle class)
• Bus driver experience preferred
• Clean driving record
• Excellent attendance and reliability
• Japanese language ability (conversational minimum)
• Professional communication skills with students and families
• Experience with or willingness to work with children
• Ability to remain calm and patient in traffic situations
