This is a fast-paced role requiring absolute reliability, attention to detail, and zero margin for error in logistics execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with fleet logistics, vehicle movement, and operational coordination.
Track parts inventory and manage component logistics.
Maintain clear, direct communication regarding project updates and timelines.
Support track events, media production, and technical sponsor workflows as needed.
Requirements:
Immediate and Consistent Availability: Must be available to work regular shifts through July, August, and beyond. Candidates with extended summer holiday blackouts or upcoming multi-week travel plans will not be considered.
Strong organizational skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
A genuine interest or background in the automotive sector (JDM, classic, or high-performance vehicles is a major plus).
Professional fluency in English; Japanese language capability is an asset but not strictly required.
Must currently reside in Tokyo with a valid visa/work permit.
Compensation & Hours:
Rate: ¥1,900 per hour.
Hours: Part-time / Casual roster with potential to transition into a permanent structure based on performance and reliability.
