We are hiring a full-time School Driver / Classroom Support Staff.
Salary:
• JPY 250,000 per month (before tax) during probation
• JPY 270,000 per month (before tax) after successful completion of the probation period
Requirements:
• Valid Japanese driver’s license (required)
• Proper work visa permitting employment in Japan (required)
• Responsible, reliable, and comfortable working with young children
• Experience preferred but not required
Duties:
• Safely transport children between home and school
• Follow all traffic and safety regulations
• Assist teachers and support classroom activities
• Vehicle cleaning, safety training, and basic school support tasks
• Occasional driving to Kanagawa (1–2 times per month)
Schedule:
• Monday–Friday (split shifts)
• Working hours vary depending on school operations
• Breaks provided in accordance with Japanese labor law
