This apartment is perfect for you because:
- The apartment is only 3 minute walk from Katsutadai station on the keisei line 勝田台駅 京成本線.
-It takes only 30 minutes from Katsutadai station to Narita airport.
-It takes 45 minutes to Ueno, and 50 minutes to Otemachi and Tokyo station area.
-There are several restaurants, a convenience store, a supermarket/grocery store, 100 yen shop etc nearby.
-Very safe neighborhood day and night.
- Room Type: 1 room
- Bedding: 1 Queen Size Bed - 160x200cm; comfortably sleeps two adults. A third person can be accommodated but probably uncomfortably. Please inquire.
- Facility: kitchen, toilet with wash-let, and a shower room.
- Equipment: fridge, dining table with two chairs, small sofa, microwave, air conditioner, hand soap, shampoo. Bed sheets and pillow covers are of course washed and sanitized for all new customers. Perfectly washed bath towels are also provided, but newly purchased unused bath towels can be arranged at your request for extra $5/towel and you can take it with you when you leave.
Daily Rent: Flat rate of 6,000 yen/day, or its equivalent in USD or Euro calculated based on the exchange rate of the entry day, cash only. This rent fee is inclusive of the stay, the use of water, electricity, gas, and the cleaning fee. As you may know, Hotels in Japan charge per person not per room, so this fee of makes it very reasonable when 2-3 people are staying together.
Please note:
-There is no internet/Wi-Fi provided in the apartment.
You are kindly requested to be quiet and disciplined on your way in, out, and while staying in the apartment, as Japanese people are over sensitive to noise.
-The room is very clean. This is absolutely a no smoking facility. You can not smoke inside the apartment, in the balcony, or outside the building. You are kindly requested to keep the place as clean and tidy as possible. Any damage to the facility, smoke smell, or dirtying in the apartment will incur extra charge.
-Pets are not allowed.
-About me: I am a very friendly and well educated white man in my 50s, have been in Japan for many years. I live in Tokyo but my work place is in Narita so this apartment is my second house. I stay in it only 1-2 nights/week. I wish to rent it on some of the nights I am not there.
-Any nationality, gender, or age are welcome as long as you follow the rules.
